This team photo album was jointly sponsored by Jack's Cameras and Kodak. The photo album consists of three sheets, each measuring approximately 8" by 11" and joined together to form one continuous sheet. The first sheet features a team photo of the Philadelphia 76ers. While the second sheet presents two rows of five cards each, the third sheet presents six additional player cards, with the remaining four slots filled in by coupons redeemable at Jack's Cameras. After perforation, the cards measure 2 3/16" by 3 3/4". The card front features a color action player photo, with a red border on white card stock. The player's name and position are given below the picture, and the 76ers logo is sandwiched between the sponsors' logos. The backs have the Philadelphia 76ers logo in blue and red print.
