Donruss-Playoff printed the cards and provided them to the league's after packout and distribution for the standard 2004 Studio product. These promotional cards can be easily differentiated from the Number and Position Game Day memorabilia cards issued in '04 Studio packs by the home plate shaped cut out housing the jersey fabric coupled with the lack of any serial-numbering.
