Forty-three of the 48 total Draft Pick autograph cards from the basic Hot Prospects product were featured in this Die Cut parallel. The cards were issued exclusively in 1-card red foil bonus packs. The red foil wrappers did not feature any print design indicating they contained Hot Prospect Draft autographs - they were simply blank red foil wrappers. Just shy of 2,000 red foil bonus packs were produced and sent in in early January, 2005 exclusively to Fleer's network of hobby distributors as an incentive to help move boxes of Hot Prospects Draft to their own network of hobby dealers and shop owners. Though the cards lack serial-numbering, representatives at Fleer publicly released print runs for all 43 cards to Beckett Media LP about eight weeks after the cards were issued.
