2003 Bowman's Best

This 130 card set was released in September, 2003. This set was issued in five card packs which contained an autograph card. Those bat cards were issued one per box-loader pack. In addition, high draft pick Bryan Bullington signed some of the actual boxes and those boxes were issued at a stated rate of one in 106.
