Issued in early February 2002, this set was the second year that Topps used their Heritage brand and achieved success in the secondary market. These cards were issued in eight card packs which were packed 24 to a box and had a SRP of $3 per pack. The set consists of 440 cards with seven short prints among the low numbers as well as all cards from 364 through 446 as short prints. Those cards were all inserted at a rate of one in two packs. In addition, there was an unnannounced variation in which 10 cards were printed in both day and night versions. The night versions were also inserted into packs at a rate of one in two. [Collapse]
