Fleer released this innovative 310 card set in July, 2002. The set was released in boxes which contained 18 seven-card packs as well as a box featuring a full subset of one of the speciality subsets issued. Cards numbered 191-230 featured players born outside the USA, cards 231-270 featured players who have participated in All-Star games and cards 271-310 feature players enshrined in Cooperstown.
