Set Information

Randomly inserted in packs, this 120-card set is a parallel version of the base set. Cards 1-90 are sequentially numbered to 3,000 and the Diamond Debut cards (91-120) are numbered to 2,500. Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa and Ken Griffey Jr. the three leading home run hitters of 1998) all had 1,998 cards printed each and therefore are shortprinted compared to the rest of the set.
