This eight-card standard-size set was issued to preview the 1996 Donruss series. The fronts feature full-bleed color action photos. The player's number, position, team name and team logo are printed on a silver foil square at the bottom center. The horizontal backs carry a second color photo, biography, and career statistics. The disclaimer "PROMOTIONAL SAMPLE" is stamped diagonally across both sides of the cards.
