Collectors who pulled one of these autograph cards could receive an 8 1/2" by 11" certificate of authenticity through a mail-in offer. Also collectors could obtain the complete set by sending in five proofs-of-purchase. The limit was two sets per family or address, and the offer expired December 31, 1995, or while supplies lasted.
