The 1995 Action Packed Scouting Report set consists of standard-size cards featuring top AAA, AA, and A prospects picked by Action Packed's scouts. 24K gold versions of selected cards were randomly inserted in the foil packs as chase cards. The 12-card Franchise Gems subset feature a heat sensitive graphic that reveals Action Packed's prediction of the player's impact year. Hobby foil packs were randomly seeded with autographed 24K Gold and Diamond version Franchise Gem cards of minor league Player of the Year Derek Jeter. Hot packs, which contained six 24K Gold cards, were seeded one per 480 packs. Topical subsets featured include No. 1 Draft Picks (52-61) and Franchise Gems (62-79). Each card in the second subset was highlighted with gold foil accents in every groove and die cut. Also each card features a scouting report of each player's strengths and weaknesses. Minor league cards of Ben Grieve, Nomar Garciaparra and Derek Jeter are featured in this set. [Collapse]
