Or each edition could be purchased for $49.00 plus $4.50 for postage and handling. Each monthly issue contained two new solid brass issues, imprinted with high resolution photos. The production run for each issue was 5,000 and each one had its production number stamped in gold foil. Annual members received a special membership card with their member number, and they were guaranteed the identical number stamped onto each monthly edition.
