Released on two different occasions, cards 1-6 and 7-12 were issued exclusively as a bonus to collectors who purchased Megacards' hobby accessory products (plastic sheets, card frames, and card sleeves) through retail outlets. The announced production figures for cards 1-6 were 250,000 of each card. For cards 7-12, the announced production run was 252,000 of each card. Cards 13-20 were randomly inserted in 1993 Conlon counter packs and blister packs, with an announced production run of 100,000 of each card. Cards 21-22 were available only through a special send-away offer on the backs of Conlon counter packs and blister packs; 75,000 of each card were produced. There were 60,000 cards of Bob Feller (23) produced exclusively for the Sports Collectors Digest 1993 Price Guide and bound inside copies of that book. The fronts display color player portraits inside a white picture frame on a navy blue card face. A diagonal graphic across the upper right corner of the picture gives the year the player was inducted into the Hall of Fame. The black and white backs are accented in navy blue and provide biography, career statistics, and career summary.
