1989 Clearwater Phillies Star

The 1989 Clearwater Phillies set contains 26 standard-size cards. The fronts have posed color player photos, with red borders on the top portion of the card fading to gray as one moves down the card face. In red print on a gray background, the backs have biography and statistics. The unnumbered Royal Thomas card was a late production; it has a different photo and a white background on the back. 5,000 sets produced.
