These cards are quite attractive and feature the "pure card" concept that is always popular with collectors, i.e., no borders or anything else on the card front to detract from the color photo. The cards are numbered on the back and the skip-numbering of the cards below is actually due to the fact that these cards are part of a much larger (sport and non-sport) set with a Christian theme. The set features Christian ballplayers giving first-person testimonies on the card backs telling how their belief in Jesus has changed their lives. These cards are sometimes referred to as "Tracards." The cards measure approximately 2 3/4" X 3 1/2". The set price below refers to only one of each player, not including any variations. These cards were issued throughout the 1960's, as one of the Felipe Alou cards features him in an Atlanta Braves cap (The Braves would not move to Atlanta until 1966) [Collapse]
