1939 Reds Team Issue

This 25-card set of the Cincinnati Reds features player photos printed on cards with blank backs. The cards are unnumbered and checklisted below in alphabetical order. The cards measure approximaley 2" by 3", were printed in grey sepia and the players' name is printed in orange. It is believed that this set was issued by Kroger's. Although this set is similar to the W711-1 set, the difference in these cards is believed to be the distribution method
