1936 Diamond Match Co. Series 3 Type 2

This 23-player set was issued by the Diamond Match Company around 1936. Each player's cover is featured in three different colors, red, green and blue, All player photos, except "Dizzy" Dean, feature head and shoulders shot. The set was released with two different colors of ink, brown and black. All players are listed in alphabetical order. Complete matchbooks are valued fifty percent higher.
