This 24-card, standard-size Toronto Maple Leafs team set was produced by Score and sponsored by Black's Photography. The cards were distributed free in four-card packs, when a customer brought in film for developing, or with a second order of prints, or when purchasing two rolls of Black's P.I. film. The fronts featured a pop-up photo cut-out. The pop-up was accomplished by gently bending the card to pop up the player's head and then pulling a tab at the top to stand the player up. The fronts had an white outer border with a wider purple inner border overlaid with a thin red and purple line. The words "Collector's Edition" were printed in white at the top of the picture. The logo for Black's Photography was printed on the upper left vertical side. Player identification appearsed under the action photo. The purple backs had a white border with a second player portrait and biography. The Black's Photography logo was printed in the upper left corner. The cards were numbered on the front.
