Will I get an "order received" notification/email? - zachenke - 07-20-2022
Submitted my first ever BGS (Standard) submission -- it was delivered to Beckett on Monday (Jul. 18). Just wondering if I'll get a notification of receipt, and if the order will appear in my order history.
Also, while I was able to submit an online order for this submission, the PDF submission form I printed had a different order number on it (which I crossed out and put the online order's number in place of). Hope this doesn't cause issues!
EDIT: Just updating my own post for anyone looking for similar answers, but I received an "order received/grading has begun" email today (5 days after USPS shows it was delivered to them). I submitted standard service. I've heard this won't necessarily always happen though.

I never got an email confirmation saying the process was started and my cards were confirmed delivered on May 27th. Im starting to get worried. Im gonna call them tomorrow

Just got email confirmation today it took 13 days after cards received to get email

My cards arrived on Oct 18, still no confirmation haha.. it's scary..

Its crazy how bad their process and customer service are.. Im still waiting on a response from an order that arrived to them on 9/12.. About 20k worth of cards.. Yikes!
