This 150-card set is the first racing set produced from manufacturer Pinnacle. The cards came eight cards per pack, 24 packs per box and 24 boxes per case. There were 2,950 numbered cases produced. This 150-card set is the first racing set produced from manufacturer Pinnacle. The cards came eight cards per pack, 24 packs per box and 24 boxes per case. There were 2,950 numbered cases produced. The set features six topical subsets: Owners (73-90), Crew Chief (91-108), In the Blood (109-117), Young Stars (118-128), Idols (129-134), Pole Sitters (135-136). In the original set the only card with ties to Dale Earnhardt was card number 41, a picture of his car. In the middle of 1995 Dale signed a spokesperson agreement with Pinnacle. Pinnacle then issued a special Select number 151 card Dale to complete the set. This card was distributed to dealers that ordered the Select product. The card is not part of the regular set price. Also randomly inserted in the bottom of the boxes were a Jeff Gordon Jumbo and a Jumbo Geoff Bodine Magic Motion card. These two cards are priced at the bottom of the listing. [Collapse]
