This 150-card set is a parallel to the base set. The cards feature all foil Gold Rush printing and have a Flat Out logo on the back to differentiate them from the base cards. Flat Out cards were randomly inserted at a rate of one per three packs. Pinnacle also released a Flat Out version of the Dale Earnhardt card mentioned in the base set blurb (card number 151). This card is not included in the complete set price.
