Two series were again produced for the 1995 Maxx base brand release. The cards were issued 10 per pack with 36-packs per foil box. Memorable Moments and Victory Lane subsets were included in series one. Several insert sets were distributed over the print run for each series as well. The popular insert set was distributed by Maxx over the course of the year through five of its different product releases.
