This 200-card set was issued in two 100-card series. The cards are printed on 24-pt paper stock, and use UV coating and silver foil stamping. The set features top Winston Cup and Busch Grand National drivers along with crew chiefs, owner, and mechanics. There are five topical subsets; Awards (70-74), Winners (75-87), Busch Clash (88-99), Earnhardt Family (179-186), Winners (187-200). There were 3,000 numbered cases of the first series and 1,000 numbered cases of the second series. Cards came packaged six cards per pack; 24 packs per box and 24 boxes per case. In series one High Gear boxes there was a possibility of pulling a Jeff Gordon Busch Clash signature card. There were 1,500 of these cards and each was individually numbered of 1,500 on the back in black pen. They were randomly inserted in packs of series one at a rate of 1:1152 packs. In series two boxes and boxes of High Gear Day One, there was a Mark Martin "Feel the Heat" autographed card. There were 1,000 of these cards, inserted in packs at a rate of one per 1152 packs.
