Everything you need to know about the our services at the National

Beckett will offer card grading and encapsulation, autograph authentication, Raw Card Review (RCR), Graded Card Review (GCR), recasing, relabeling, and drop-off submissions at the show.

Beckett will have two locations at The National:

  • Booth 2820: Located downstairs and adjacent to the main lobby of the show, the Beckett Booth offers card grading submissions and Beckett merchandise.
  • Room 46: Located upstairs in the new extended show area, this is where to go for autograph authentication submissions and to pick up all completed orders.

No. Submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis during show hours. We recommend arriving early, as availability is limited and submissions may close once capacity is reached.

There is no guaranteed submission cutoff time. Services may close once daily or event capacity is reached, so we recommend submitting as early as possible.

Yes. Every order must include a completed submission form with the selected service, item information, and declared value. A separate form is required for each service Start your submission here.

Declared value is your estimate of an item’s value. Beckett uses it to determine insurance coverage and help protect the item while it is in our care. Declared value does not affect the grade your item receives.

On-site grading lets you submit your cards in person and have them professionally graded and encapsulated during the show. You can receive your completed order at the show without shipping your cards to Beckett.

Raw Card Review (RCR) provides a professional evaluation and projected grade for an ungraded card. It can help you decide whether to submit the card for grading and encapsulation.

After the review, your card will be returned in a Card Saver with a tamper-evident seal displaying its projected grade. RCR is not a final grade. To receive a final grade, subgrades, and encapsulation, you must submit the card through on-site grading or the drop-off service.

Graded Card Review (GCR) evaluates a card already graded by Beckett or another grading company to determine whether it may qualify for a higher grade.

Based on the results, you can choose to resubmit your card for grading and encapsulation. GCR does not include removing the card from its existing holder at the show and does not guarantee a higher grade.

On-site autograph authentication lets you bring a signed collectible directly to Beckett for examination by our authentication experts. Items that pass authentication receive certification with a tamper-evident hologram, helping establish authenticity and protect long-term collectible value without the need to ship your item.

A drop-off submission lets you hand-deliver your cards or signed collectibles to the Beckett team at the show instead of shipping them yourself. Your items will then be securely transported to Beckett for grading, authentication, or both.

Once your order is complete, it will be returned according to your selected service level and shipping method.

Two turnaround options are available for on-site submissions:

  • Rush Service: Completed within five hours during show operations
  • End of Show Service: Completed by the final day of The National

Availability depends on the service selected and current submission volume. Turnaround options may close once capacity is reached.

We’ll send you a text when your order is ready. Bring your submission receipt or invoice number and a valid government-issued photo ID to Room 46 upstairs during show hours. All completed orders must be picked up from this location.

To ensure security and accuracy, collectors must present their submission receipt or invoice number and a valid government-issued photo ID.

If you cannot collect your order during the show, it will be securely transported to Beckett headquarters. We’ll contact you to arrange return shipping. You will be responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance costs.
