The Kid is back … sort of.

Yep, that’s a 45-year-old Ken Griffey Jr. dressed as seen in his iconic 1989 Upper Deck Rookie Card in the video for “Downtown” (click to watch)  by Macklemore.

The future Hall of Famer appears in the Seattle-based rapper’s video — and the rapper appeared on his own baseball card earlier this year as a First Pitch celebrity in packs of  2015 Topps Series 1.

Griffey wins that battle of cardboard with his card worth $40, while Macklemore’s “rookie card” sells for $2 or less.

Holy cow! I barely recognize Ken Griffey Jr. even though he is one of my all-time favorite players!! He looks more like one of the gang from the ‘Fat Albert’ movie.
