    Is it cold in there or something. I noticed that Scott has his jacket zipped right up. I know you are in Canada but really. ;)

      Actually, when we were filming that segment in particular, they still had a few bay doors open so it was legitimately chilly in here!

    Wish I could be there to ask them why redemptions are flooded in all of their products, why it takes months to get them and why they don’t respond anymore when you ask for a replacement card for the redemption that you have been waiting months for. When they first came on the American scene, their customer service was second to none and you never had to wait on your redemptions. Know they just simply ignore you. In my opinion, Panini has become the worst of the worst. Such a shame.
