What does it take to get a pack of these promotional cards? Those that purchase a 2016-17 Upper Deck hobby box or a premium hobby pack of brands like Black Diamond or SP Game Used from a Certified Diamond Dealer at the show can take it to the company’s booth and open it in front of one of its representatives.
