Upper Deck’s Young Guns are some of the most popular Rookie Cards in any sport. In this case, hockey gets the spotlight shined on it every year with the release of Upper Deck’s flagship.

Next season, the Young Guns cards will be filled with a number of good hockey players because the Double Rookie Class is coming. Players such as Nail Yakupov, Vladimir Tarasenko and Alex Galchenyuk will finally get Rookie Cards starting in July.

Upper Deck released a preview image of the new Young Guns logo, featured above.

Totally agree with Rick. Wish they would’ve stuck with the 1990-91 design and made it iconic like Donruss/Playoff/Panini’s Rated Rookies logo.

NOT a Hockey Fan … but agree with Ed … BESIDES – you can actually READ IT that year, plus a few others … gets harder and harder to read as the years go on … still LOVE me some Upper Deck though!!!!!
