*Beckett TCG Singles and Sets Hot List for the Week of June 15, 2026

Dark World is one of those archetypes that never really goes away. These DARK Fiends have been lurking since Elemental Energy back in 2005, and the gimmick is as nasty now as it was then.

You discard a Dark World monster with a card effect, and it doesn’t sit in the Graveyard, it punishes your opponent on the way down.

Brron, Mad King of Dark World terrorized Jaden and the gang over in GX, and the deck still shows up at locals today as a grindy, resilient rogue pick that loves nothing more than turning your own discards into a steady stream of advantage.

Thanks to the 2022 Structure Deck: Dark World (SR13) reprint, the entire competitive core can be had for pocket change.

Every figure below is an ungraded Near Mint price as of mid-June 2026 and will drift with demand, but right now you can assemble all five of these for just a little more than the cost of a single booster pack.

The Top Five Dark World Cards Under $5

The Gates of Dark World SR13-EN045 (Structure Deck: Dark World, Common)

Current Price: $0.23

This is the engine that makes everything else run. The Gates of Dark World pumps every Fiend you control by 300 ATK and DEF, but the real prize is the once per turn ability to banish a Fiend from your Graveyard, discard a Fiend, and then draw a card.

That discard is how you trigger your whole crew for free while immediately replacing the card you spent.

No board state required, no combo to memorize, just a clean, repeatable advantage button.

At well under a dollar, it’s the most important 50 cents you’ll spend building this deck.

Snoww, Unlight of Dark World SR13-EN044 (Structure Deck: Dark World, Common)

Current Price: $0.25

Snoww is your one card starting line.

Discard it with a card effect and you add any Dark World card from your Deck to your hand, and if your opponent is the one who forced the discard, you also get to swipe a monster out of their Graveyard and Special Summon it.

Pair Snoww with The Gates and you’ve turned a single draw into a search plus a fresh card off the top.

For roughly a quarter for a common, that’s an almost unfair amount of consistency packed into one Level 4 Fiend.

Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World SR13-EN043 (Structure Deck: Dark World, Common)

Current Price: $0.17

The face of the archetype for the better part of 15 years.

Grapha is a 2700 ATK monster you can Special Summon out of the Graveyard again and again simply by returning another Dark World monster to your hand, which conveniently hands you yet another card to discard.

Get it into the Graveyard by a card effect and it destroys a card your opponent controls on the way down. It’s a recursion machine, a beater, and removal all rolled into one. And the SR13 common version usually sits under a quarter.

Reign-Beaux, Overking of Dark World SR13-EN001 (Structure Deck: Dark World, Ultra Rare)

Current Price: $0.50

The cover card of the Structure Deck and the deck’s modern co-boss.

Like Grapha, Reign-Beaux revives itself from the Graveyard by returning a Dark World monster to your hand, so you’re never short on bodies.

When it’s discarded by a card effect, it tutors a higher-Level Dark World monster straight to your hand, and if your opponent triggered the discard, you also get to drop a smaller Dark World monster onto the field for good measure.

It quietly does the heavy lifting older builds were missing, and despite being the Ultra Rare headliner of the set, it routinely changes hands for under 50 cents.

Grapha, Dragon Overlord of Dark World SR13-EN041 (Structure Deck: Dark World, Ultra Rare)

Current Price: $1

Grapha, Dragon Overlord of Dark World: the flashy payoff and living proof that a chase card doesn’t have to mean expensive.

This Level 10 Fusion packs 3200 ATK and is made with the original Grapha plus any DARK monster.

Whenever your opponent activates a monster effect or a Normal Spell/Trap while you’re holding cards, the Overlord hijacks it and changes that effect into “your opponent discards 1 card,” once per turn. This is disruption and resource denial in a single Quick Effect.

And if they do manage to remove it, you Special Summon a Grapha, Dragon Lord right back from your Graveyard.

As an SR13 Ultra Rare, this giant still lands right around a single dollar.
