Reprinted under the flavor name T’Challa’s Protection, a fitting nod to the Wakandan king. The rules text is the beloved Commander staple, unchanged. For just three mana, Teferi’s Protection is the ultimate not today button.

Until your next turn, your life total can’t change, you gain protection from everything, and all of your permanents phase out, sliding cleanly around board wipes and combo kills alike.

It’s one of the most-played white cards in the entire Commander format, living in hundreds of thousands of decklists, and that relentless demand keeps it hovering north of $40.

Because it’s so widely played, the reprint is great news for deckbuilders, and a slick comic frame makes it a foil-worthy upgrade for the white mages among us.

Wolverine, Best There Is

The best there is at what he does is also one of the best pulls you can hope for.

This Gruul legend doubles all damage Wolverine would deal, then tacks a +1/+1 counter onto himself at end of turn whenever he’s bloodied another creature, and a regenerate ability keeps him swinging through removal and his own pump spells.

You can pair him with Berserk and watch the math get silly.

He debuted in the 2024 Marvel Superdrop and has never been reprinted since, which, combined with steady Commander play, has kept him sitting around the $40 range.

Captain America, First Avenger

The First Avenger is a Voltron pilot’s dream and one of the most popular commanders from the original Marvel drops, he actually edges out Wolverine in Commander play, according to EDHREC.

His colors are even listed in flag order, red, white, and blue, a fun flavor twist on the usual Jeskai arrangement.

His two-part toolkit does it all.

First, Throw lets you fling an attached Equipment off of Cap to deal damage equal to its mana value, divided however you like among up to three targets, while Catch automatically re-attaches an Equipment at the start of combat so the shield always comes home.

Another Superdrop exclusive that’s gone without a reprint until now, Captain America has held in the high $30s, and the comic-cover treatment is going to look spectacular leading an equipment deck.
