Tim Tebow looks to be back in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars are signing him to a one-year contract to play tight end for them. It’s been nine since since he last played in the league, dabbling in both broadcasting and baseball in the meantime. Tebow’s return to Florida will also see him reunite with his former college coach Urban Meyer.
Tebow’s cards have always sold well, even when he wasn’t in the league. He’s a rare athlete where his values transcend his stats. With the 2007 Heisman winner playing football again collectors will be keeping an eye on his cards a little closer, though.

2010 Playoff Contenders #234A Tim Tebow AU RC
There are two versions of Tebow’s Contenders card. In one he is wearing a blue jersey and the other a white. They both have an announced print runs of 400 and just saw their values jump from $80 to $200 recently.

2010 Topps Triple Threads #109A Tim Tebow JSY AU RC /99
Triple Threads was once the biggest high-end product on the market. Collectors can expect interest in this one to pick up if Tebow is successful in his comeback.
