Frameworth Sports Marketing is bring in plenty of legendary names to sign for fans at the Spring 2017 Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo at the International Centre in Mississaga, Ontario next month and over the course of three days, some of the biggest names in hockey history will appear.

With a strong lineup that boasts many names that were part of the NHL’s 100 Greatest Players list and the Top 100 Players in the history of the Toronto Maple Leafs, there should be plenty of options for attendees to consider meeting and getting an autograph from.

The Spring 2017 Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo marks the first show where Frameworth is the exclusive host of the autograph pavilion. In the weeks leading up to the show, more guests were added to the lineup – including an active NHL player that had been eliminated from playoff contention.

One current player was announced initially, and that is Max Domi of the Arizona Coyotes. Part of the proceeds from his ticket sales are going to be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation – a cause that is close to his heart.

On Friday, May 5, the first day of the event, there will be just four signers as part of a fan appreciation event. All of them are former members of the Toronto Maple Leafs and three are members of the Hockey Hall of Fame. Johnny Bower, Red Kelly, and Norm Ullman will be joined by Eddie Shack, who was a fan favorite during his career. Fans can get a signature for a reasonable $10.00 each or get all four for $30.00. Also appearing is New Jersey Devils star Taylor Hall.

The next day will turn the focus on more legends in Guy Lafleur, Curtis Joseph, and Eric Lindros along with Mark and Marty Howe, who appear together to sign and to also kick of a special exhibit of their father, Gordie’s, personal memorabilia.

There is also a special treat on Saturday morning as Walter Gretzky will be signing for free. This session is limited to the first 150 fans that visit the Frameworth ticket booth beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Closing the show on Sunday are plenty of strong names. For goalie fans, there is an opportunity to meet Grant Fuhr, Billy Smith, Bernie Parent, plus Dennis Hull and Bobby Hull. Legendary defender Paul Coffey is expected to attend with Domi and wrestling legend Road Warrior Animal.

The big draw for the day, though, is an opportunity to have your picture taken on a special set with the Hanson Brothers. Stars of the cult film Slap Shot, you can don a Charlestown Chiefs jersey and have your photo signed soon afterward.

A new addition to the autograph pavilion is the opportunity to purchase a fast pass for $10.00 which guarantees that the ticket holder can be among the first to get a signature once a player’s signing session begins.

Collectors may wish to pre-order their autographs to guarantee a place in line and to enjoy a cheaper rate. Pricing, athlete appearances and times are subject to change.
