Pokemon TCG Pocket Best Fire Deck

The goal of the best fire decks in Pokémon TCG Pocket is to end the game as quickly as possible. Therefore, the most efficient deck build will be focused on large damage swings, speed of setup, and just enough disruption to prevent the opponent from ever getting back into a stable position.

This article will present the current top fire options: a high-end list designed to deliver clean knockouts and a budget-friendly choice that can provide a strong hit when timed correctly. Both sections include a complete list of cards so you can copy, edit, and climb with them.

Best Pokémon TCG Pocket Fire Deck: Mega Charizard Y ex

The best Fire Deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket currently centers around Mega Charizard Y ex. That card has only one attack: Crimson Dive. Fortunately, that’s all you’ll need, as Crimson Dive can OHKO any Pokémon in the game. Pretty much every card here is focused on letting you draw more cards and disrupting your opponent’s actions. If everything goes right, you should quickly have Mega Charizard Y ex on the field and streamroll your opponent before they can react.

The one drawback to Crimson Dive is that it does cause 50 HP recoil damage. However, you only need to take down a max of three Pokémon, and Mega Charizard Y ex has more than enough HP to tank that damage.

Mega Charizard Y ex deck card list

  • Genetic Apex (A1):
    • Sabrina x1 (Charizard Pack)
    • Spacetime Smackdown: (A2)
    • Mars x1 (Palkia Pack)

Best budget Pokémon TCG Pocket Fire deck: Blaine and Ninetales Synergy

In this budget deck, you’ll use Blaine to boost Ninetales’ damage output and make it a heavy hitter. The trick here is to preserve Blaine until the right moment and take out your opponent’s Pokémon quickly. There are only two Blaine cards in this deck, so you’ll have to make them count. Use Giant Cape to keep Ninetales in the game longer and Cyrus to keep your opponent from retreating their wounded Pokémon.

Blaine and Ninetales deck card list:

  • Genetic Apex (A1):
    • Blaine x2 (Charizard Pack)
    • Ninetales x2 (Charizard Pack)
    • Sabrina x1 (Charizard Pack)
    • Vulpix x2 (Charizard Pack)
  • Mythical Island (A1a):
    • Ponyta x2
    • Rapidash x2
  • Spacetime Smackdown (A2):
    • Cyrus x1 (Palkia Pack)
    • Giant Cape x2 (Dialga Pack)
