Panini America announces 2017 NBA All-Star plans

This weekend’s 2017 NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans is offering up plenty of fun for fans with a wide variety of events outside of the big game, but basketball collectors also have the chance to pick up some exclusive cards from Panini America as well.
The fun starts with a set of 2017 NBA All-Star Game cards featuring the 2016-17 NBA Hoops design and a special event logo that can be obtained at the company’s booths inside of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the Smoothie King Center.
There are also larger 5″ x 7″ commemorative prize cards that can be won by playing the Panini Plinko game at the booths. These cards have a Donruss imprint will pay tribute to some of the game’s greats and big moments from past All-Star Games.
Those lucky enough to attend the NBA Legends Brunch on Sunday morning will also receive a special set of 10 cards featuring legends and personalities. These cards also feature this year’s NBA Hoops base card design along with archival black and white photography.
Collectors that are unable to make it to the 2017 NBA All-Star Game should not be worried about totally missing out on the action. Panini is holding a special promotion via the iCollectPanini.com website where those making a qualifying purchase of $20.00 in 2016-17 NBA products will receive a 10-card set of Rated Rookies. The checklist is a strong one and boasts local favorite Buddy Hield, who is enjoying a strong freshman year with the New Orleans Pelicans.
