McFarlane Toys readies Yu Darvish debut figure

His season ended a bit earlier than some might have hoped, but Texas Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish will make one more start this year.
He’ll start arriving in mailboxes when a McFarlane Toys Collectors Club-exclusive SportsPicks figure ships next month.
The right-hander went 16-9 with a 3.90 ERA and 221 strikeouts for the Rangers this season after several seasons as a pro in Japan.
The 6-inch figure touted by McFarlane on Friday will only be found via the company’s online store. It should cost $15.95 plus shipping just like another MLB rookie with an online-only figure, Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals.
Standard figures are $12.99 direct from the company.
