MacKinnon, Monahan represent trade cards in Team Canada set
By Susan Lulgjuraj | Beckett Hockey Editor
Throughout the past couple of years, collectors have found cards from Team Canada in Upper Deck hockey products.
Team Canada is one of the most successful international teams with many of hockey’s top stars on the roster. Upper Deck created a comprehensive set dedicated to this team alone in 2013 Upper Deck Team Canada Hockey.
Each box contains at least two autographs of nearly 200 players. However, two trade redemptions were included for future players.
Trade Card 1 will represent Nathan MacKinnon and Trade Card 2 will be Sean Monahan.
The regular versions fall 1:288 packs at hobby and 1:2,880 at retail. There are also rare gold versions that are good for autograph parallels of these cards available only at hobby falling 1:1,440 packs.
Upper Deck stated these cards should be available in the spring of 2014.
This product is only available in Canada.

Hello
Sean Monahan has never played on a World Junior Team, and the Flames said he wont play this year.
How will he be Trade Card 2?
Thank you
Troy
Actually he wore a Team Canada jersey for the 2011 Ivan Hlinka tournament.
