Back again as a Target-exclusive, Topps Chrome Update is out again with a 2019 edition. Stocked full of rookies, Chrome Update is essentially the shiny version of players’ Topps Update cards, with a handful of players who are called up later in the year getting some of their first Rookie Cards.
