Logan Paul Puts Most Expensive Pokémon Card Ever Up for Auction, Will Deliver to the Winner

Logan Paul is selling his Pikachu Illustrator PSA 10, a card he’s considered the crown jewel of his Pokémon card collection. He acquired the record-breaking card in 2021 for $5,275,000 and has been spotted wearing it as a fashion accessory multiple times since then. This card will be sold through Goldin. Bidding began at 8:00 PM EST on January 5, 2026, and will end on February 15, 2026, with extended bidding commencing at 10:00 PM EST that evening.
According to Logan Paul on January 6, 2026, the current total of all bids submitted (including buyer’s premium) was approximately $1.6 Million with 40 days remaining in the auction process.
Logan Paul promises to deliver the most expensive Pokémon card ever to the winner of the auction
Logan Paul doesn’t just want you to have the Pikachu Illustrator; he wants to give it to you. As the winner of the PSA 10 Pikachu Illustrator bid, you will receive not only the card, but Logan Paul himself will deliver it to you. There is also a custom gold chain included with the sale of the card, which was first seen on Paul during his WWE in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38, where he wore the card in a custom-designed display case.
The reason Pikachu Illustrator reaches such high prices is that it’s not a standard pull from a set. It was originally awarded to illustration contest winners in Japan in 1998, and, as documented by Guinness, only 39 copies of the card were produced. Pikachu Illustrator is illustrated by none other than Atsuko Nishida, the original artist of Pikachu, and can be identified by both its “Illustrator” designation and a unique pen icon.
Though this auction is anticipated to set the highest price for a Pokémon card ever, Logan Paul currently holds the record for the highest private purchase price of a Pokémon Trading Card. He set the record when he purchased the Pikachu Illustrator PSA 10 for $5.275 million on July 22, 2021, in Dubai, according to Guinness World Records.
*Paul’s decision to auction off his Pikachu Illustrator was documented on the Netflix series King of Collectibles: The Goldin Touch.
