Five of the Rarest Lorcana TCG Cards on the Market

Disney’s Lorcana is fast becoming one of the most popular trading card games on the market, and with a brand-new set just around the corner, collectors are fighting to get their hands on rare pulls that can’t be found just anywhere. Here’s the good news: there are plenty of rare Lorcana cards out there. The bad news? Some of them are expensive, selling for over $40,000.
Yes, you read that right. If you’ve been playing Lorcana for a while, you might have one of these hidden treasures in your collection that could fetch a hefty sum. The most valuable cards are typically the ones you expect; foil, full art, etc. That said, there are a few dark horses that are worth a lot, but you might not realize just how much.
This list won’t cover all the rarest and most valuable cards. We already have one story on that topic highlighting the big names, including the Enchanted Elsa, Spirit of Winter that sold for $45,000. Instead, we’re taking a look at some of the lesser-known pulls.
Discard Card, Enchanted
There’s a certain type of TCG player that focuses on misprints. These are cards with mistakes either in their wording, coloring, or another aspect. Sometimes called errata, these cards are sometimes rarer than their official counterparts, as most misprints are tossed in the trash by the manufacturer.

Such is the case with the Discard Card, Enchanted. It’s not an official item; in fact, it was initially printed to test the foiling for some of the first Lorcana cards. These oddities were destined for the trash bin, but a few somehow made their way into booster packs. If you happen to have one on hand, it could be worth quite a bit. In October 2023, one of these cards sold for a whopping $9,999.
Challenge Cinderella, Stouthearted
Lorcana hosts “Challenges,” large-scale tournaments that anyone can take part in. These tournaments typically award prizes to the top 64 or 32 players, with increasingly better prizes going to those nearest the top of the rankings. In 2024, winners received a limited-edition Cinderella, Stouthearted card.
This card is valuable not only because it’s a powerful pick, with 5 Strength, 5 WIllpower, and the ability to quest for 3 Lore, but also because it just looks great. To date, this card has been sold for a maximum of $3,650, although it has currently dropped in price a bit to roughly $1,600.
Cruella de Vil, Miserable as Usual, D23
This card is pretty run-of-the-mill. The only thing that sets it apart is a small D23 symbol and a foil treatment – and that it was given away at the Ravensburger stand at the D23 Disney Expo in 2022. That was the only way to get your hands on this one, so if you attended that event, you might be in luck.
It’s worth noting that the Captain Hook, Forceful Duelist card that was given away at the same event is also quite valuable. Cruella sold for a maximum of $2,741, as did Captain Hook, although their value has dropped a bit in recent days. That said, $500 for a trading card is still a solid return.
Robin Hood, Unrivaled Archer, D23
Another card given out at the D23 Expo in 2022, this version of Robin Hood can’t be pulled from a pack. There are a limited number of these cards floating around, and they sell on eBay for a decent price. One went for as high as $2,160 in February 2025, but it was also graded, so that helped drive the value up a bit more.
Elsa’s Ice Palace
This is a special, full-art printing that was only offered to the top 32 players in the North American and European Lorcana Championships in 2024. That means that only 64 known copies exist (but there could always be more.) That makes this a particularly rare card, but it’s one that doesn’t seem to move as quickly. There’s currently a listing for this card available on TCGPlayer for a whopping $4,000, and it’s easy to see why, the art is gorgeous, and it’s one of the rarest cards in the game.
