2015 Donruss Soccer Details
Sports fans around the world have a new card set to collect. Panini America revealed this week the first glimpses at 2015 Donruss Soccer, a follow-up release to the popular World Cup set last year. This time around, it’s the Donruss aesthetic that gets its chance at the action on the pitch with one autograph and a healthy selection of inserts inside every 24-pack hobby box.

Set to arrive on April 15, the base set will include more than 100 cards with the stars in their respective clubs. Each card will have seven parallels to chase, including Bronze Press Proofs (/299), Silver (/199) and Golds (/99). There will be three parallels per box. Also to be chased are 25 photo variations in the basic set where players are seen in their national team uniforms.

Among the inserts, which will be found 40 per box, will be eight sets — Pitch Kings, Field Generals, Derby Matchups. Clean Sheets, Defensive Dynamos, Midfield Maestros, Fantastic Finishers and International Superstars. Four of the sets focus on positions — goalie (Sheets), defender (Dynamos), midfield (Maestros), forward (Finishers) — while Pitch Kings, for example, will bring an artistic look to the game’s elite.
Also in play are Panini parallels for all base cards and inserts with numbering to 49, 25, 10 or just a single copy. Meanwhile, International Superstars get their due with their national teams in that insert set.
For the autograph collectors, there are four options — all from The Beautiful Game. There will be standard autos, duals, triples and quads to be found. Among the signers tentatively announced are Angel Di Maria, Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Arjen Robben, James Rodriguez, Radamel Falcao, Luis Suarez, Frank Lampard, Javier Mascherano, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Xabi Alonso, Daley Blind and Miguel Layun. According to the company, more than 50 top players will be signing for the product.
Among the teams found in the product will be Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Pari s Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid, AC Milan, and Club America, while the national teams for the United States, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, En gland, Italy, Spain and Mexico also will be represented.

A pair of #HotTakes …
1) Why can’t Donruss Baseball look as good as Donruss Soccer?
2) When does the factory set come out? You know, the factory set. Like they did with last year’s Donruss Baseball?
Chris harris…..Donruss baseball can’t even approch the soccer offering because of not having the MLB license. People are always saying how great the Donruss BB cards look…just think what we are missing because of the photoshopping and cutting off in the pictures.
This is a great lloging set of cards IMO.
i agree. looks pretty nice. oh how those logos change everything. i wasn’t overly impressed with baseball either but it had the potential. could have been really solid with licence
