If you recall, Cryptozoic received their autographs from Camren Bicondova too late to include in packs of 2016 Gotham Season 1. Rather than hold the card back or include it in a future product, they opted to get them out there through a variety of promotions and giveaways.

The stamp is on the top loader. The winner can choose to keep in sealer or remove it. We didn’t want to make that decision for them.
