We stopped by Nick’s Sports Cards in Dallas late last week and saw one collector, who didn’t want to be shown on camera, ripping into some boxes. He did let us record this box of 2011 Topps Tribute, though.

What will he find inside? Watch to find out …

Nice box… I was at Hot Corner Sports Cards in Mesa, AZ last week watching a few of these Tribute boxes being broken. Nicest card in the bunch was a Ryne Sandberg dual patch card similar to that Lincecum. The guy breaking the box was a huge Chicago Cubs fan, too, so he was ecstatic.

My sister and brother-in-law live in Dallas… Maybe next time I am there, I will pick-up a few boxes and take them to bust at Beckett…lol

I just had a vision of Chris sitting in his lair when suddenly the Olds Signal comes up. He just into his OLDSmobile and crashes through the window of this shop, camera in hand, asks no questions, but just starts filimg. We he’s done, he turns, without a word, and crashes through a completely different window. The customer turns to the owner and says “Who was that masked man anyways?” “I don’t know,” says the owner, as he sweeps up glass. But his entrance is getting OLD.”
