Cheap Wax Wednesday Box Breaks: 2025 Topps Series 2 Baseball
2025 Topps Series 2 Baseball features a 350-card base checklist, just like Series 1. The design, as always, also matches Series 1. As we have recently seen with Topps flagship Basketball, the same design will transfer to other sports as well. Each base card is also available in a lengthy list of parallels.
As always, there are a bunch of insert sets in this one. Many of the inserts also have multiple parallels and variations as well, so keep an eye out for those. Each hobby box should yield an autograph or relic, with most boxes likely to hold a relic card.

There’s not a great rookie crop in this release, but look for Luisangel Acuna, Jackson Jobe, Kumar Rocker and Roki Sasaki to make their flagship debuts in this one.

I just liked the photo on this one.

The Moniak card back. I am a full-career stat line guy, so Topps flagship backs are always appreciated with me.

Lastly, the Silver Pack box topper. I always save these to open last.
Freddie Freeman, Nick Yorke RC, Trea Turner AS and Julio Rodriguez AS

This was actually a REALLY good flagship break. As mentioned, most hobby boxes will hold a relic card. If you are lucky enough to pull an autograph, it typically will not be of the caliber of the Rutschman, that is for sure.

Supposably that Mickey Moniak card is actually Logan O’Hoppe sliding into 3rd.
