2022 Elite Extra Edition Baseball is all about the future. The 200-card checklist features nothing but prospects. In addition to 170 prospects that have already been drafted or signed, there are 30 Dominican Prospect League players. Every base card is limited to just 999 copies. There are also about a billion different parallels to find. Well, maybe not quite that many, but there are a lot.
This product is definitely hit-driven as each hobby box holds eight autographs and two relic cards. As the box shows, there are some big name prospects with autographs in this set. Jackson Holliday, the current #1 prospect in baseball does have autographs in this one.

Anthony Hall #ed 933/999, Jared McKenzie Status Green (137/499), Chandler Simpson Optic Holo, Reggie Crawford Future Threads Jersey Relic & Jud Fabian Autograph
Fabian was a second round pick of the Orioles in 2022. He hit 24 home runs between High-A and AA last season.

Kevin Parada #ed 315/999, Jalvin Arias Status Red (262/299), Mikey Romero Optic, Drake Baldwin Prime Numbers Autograph (194/210) & Jay Allen Hidden Gems Autograph
Baldwin was a third round selection of the Braves in 2022. He excelled last season, rising from High-A all the way to AAA, and featuring a .845 OPS.

Zack Gelof College Ticket, Francely Silverio Status Green (200/499), Jimmy Crooks Decade Die-Cut (185/399), Spencer Jones Future Threads Jersey Relic & Chase DeLauter Autograph
DeLauter was the 16th overall pick in the 2022 draft. He played at three levels last season, posting an impressive .945 OPS.

Peyton Graham College Ticket, Eric De La Cruz Aspirations Blue (029/349), Enyer Cepeda Prime Numbers (14/60), Robert Moore Autograph & Steven Hajjar Hidden Gems Autograph
Hajjar was a second round pick out of Michigan in 2022. He posted a 3.64 ERA across 15 minor league starts last season.

Trevor Martin Prime Numbers 068/238, Justin Crawford Optic, Henry Bolte Status Green (205/499), Jimmy Crooks Autograph & Yairon Acosta Dominican Prospect League Material Signatures Red (09/49)
This is a nice looking Acosta card. He is currently a young prospect in the Dominican Prospect League. You never know.
Lastly, the Trevor Martin card back. Martin spent last season in A-ball.
I grabbed this box during a Black Friday sale. I did save a little bit, but boxes are still readily available for about $55. If you are a prospector, this can definitely be a fun rip and hold while following the progress of the players you find.
