Cheap Wax Wednesday Box Breaks: 2021 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Football
2021 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Football features a 200-card base checklist. Of those 200 cards, the first 160 are simple base cards, the next 20 cards are Crusades subset cards and the final 20 cards are an All-Americans subset. This set will feature all players pictured in their college uniforms, with both veterans and recent draft picks making the checklist.
As is typical with Prizm products there are many different parallels for every base card. Each box will feature one autograph and two Silver Prizm parallels. H2, or Hobby Hybrid, boxes are kind of a slimmed down version of regular Prizm. While each Prizm hobby box will feature five autographs, this one will hold just one. This does make H2 boxes quite a bit cheaper than hobby boxes; hobby boxes are currently selling for around $180.

Newton, of course, won the 2010 Heisman Trophy as the top college football player. He threw for 30 touchdown passes and rushed for another 20 touchdowns that season. For good measure, he also caught a receiving touchdown.

I do like the red color match here. Good looking card!
Lastly, the Lamb card back. These have pretty simple backs with just some college career info; no stats.
We definitely did not hit the autograph subject we were hoping to find in this one. But, that Newton parallel limited to /20 does hold some value. The last example to sell went for $30.
