Caitlin Clark 2024 Panini Prizm Signatures Sells for Record $366,000

A LeBron James 2003 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Exquisite Rookie Patch Autograph got the headlines on Saturday selling for $1.159 million but leave it up to Caitlin Clark to set another record. Clark’s Panini Prizm Signatures Gold Vinyl rookie #24 sold for $366,000 at Goldin Auctions, the highest ever for a female athlete.
There were over 50 1-of-1 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA Signatures Gold Vinyl Prizm cards released that included players like Gabby Williams, Sheryl Swoopes, Erica Wheeler, Natasha Cloud, Katie Douglas, Diana Taurasi, Cameron Brink, Brittney Sykes, and Angel Reese.
Clark’s Signatures Gold Vinyl broke the previous record for a female athlete’s card set in 2022, a 2003 NetPro Serena Williams that hauled in $266,400.
The basketball world has given Clark their full attention. Out of Dowling Catholic (Des Moines, Iowa), Clark was a four-time first-team All-American with the Iowa Hawkeyes. Selected first in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, Clark earned first-team All-WNBA, selected as an All-Star, and won Rookie of the Year honors in 2024. Clark averaged 19.2 points per game, 5.7 rebounds, 8.4 assists, and 1.3 steals as a rookie.
