Chris- If you look closely at the cards you will notice that the sponsors names have been airbrushed by Topps. This is especially noticeable on the downhill skiers cards, bur also holds true on many cards as well. This was also true on the Summer Olympics cards issued in 2012.
Why do you suppose Topps went to the trouble to airbrush them?

Just like mlb logos, to use a company’s intellectual property on an item that’s being sold Topps would either have to cut a deal (pay to use) or at the least get permission to show. Easier to just remove brand names/logos.
