Beckett Live Presents Weekly Recap 10/27 – 10/29
Beckett Live Presents cranked out three solid shows this week heading into the Halloween weekend. Mintych Authentics, Joey Shiver, and Carolina Card Exchange all joined the show to offer up some great collecting content.
10/27 Beckett Live Presents: Grad School with Mintych Authentics
Steve was traveling this week so we had to make a call to the bench and bring in Patrick Conway. However, the real star here was Mike Minton from Mintych Authentics. We discussed the horror genre of autograph collecting. From Scream Queens to the Big Bads, we discussed in great detail just how fanatical this segment of autograph collecting is. Mike shared his expertise on what it takes to be successful when seeking your dream, well, nightmare really, horror autograph.
10/28 Coke Monsters of the Gridiron with Joey Shiver
As our Halloween-themed episodes pushed into Wednesday we welcomed hobby favorite Joey Shiver to the show to discuss the 1993 and 94 Coke Monsters of the Gridiron sets. From the super scary checklist to the not so scary costumes Coke put those guys in, we covered it all. Full disclosure, Joey was having some tech issues on his end but we worked through them for the most part. Look for Dub to be back in November and December as we talk Saved by the Bell and the Big Man himself, Santa.

Hello,
Does your company to Mmmmm do Autograph Authentication services? I have a Mickey Mantle autographed photo I’d like authenticated. Also, would It be possible to walk it in to your Southern California office? I am extremely paranoid of this item getting stolen in the mailing/delivery process.
Thank you for your time.
Yes, we do authenticate, however, we do not have a SOCAL office. If you don’t want to send your item you can wait until we are in the SOCAL area again. We were just SD but we are in the LA Area about once or twice a quarter.
