A major auction house has been sued by the Basketball Hall of Fame for unpaid payments required as part of their long-running relationship with the Hall for an annual auction that coincides with enshrinement ceremonies.
Acco0rding to a report by MassLive.com, Grey Flannel Auctions owes the Hall at least $100,000 in unpaid payments required by the deal.
The lawsuit, according to the report, seeks $225,000 for breach of contract and subsequent damages.
