The field has gone from almost 1,500 down to just four. The search for America’s Best Card Shop, a competition presented by Loupe, is down to its finalists.

Since launching in March, over 1,400 submissions were received from collectors and community members nominating their favorite shops.

“We were overwhelmed by the response,” said Loupe founder and CEO Eric Doty. “A vast majority of the submissions came from customers who wanted to nominate their favorite LCS, which is exactly why we started this initiative. It proves that the foundation of the hobby is in community ties and the personal relationships that are forged over sports cards.”

These are the four selected for the final round:

• Baseball Card Connection (Effingham, IL)
• The Card Vault (Foxborough, MA)
• Honey Hole Collectibles (Escondido, CA)
• Real Sportscards (Champlin, MN)

The winner will be announced at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Atlantic City at the end of July. Besides the title, the grand prize package has items worth approximately $50,000.
