Love gets aflutter every February, and that’s even true for the weird and wild — and gross — Garbage Pail Kids characters, who find themselves pretty in pink or full of hearts in Topps’ 2026 Garbage Pail Kids Valentine’s Day trading cards.
The compact, online-exclusive set includes base cards, parallels, variations, and more, writing the next chapter for the long-standing collectible stickers.
Topps did not disclose information about boxes, though the product will be available at Topps.com on February 12. Last year’s boxes included eight packs of three cards.
2026 Garbage Pail Kids Valentine’s Day Checklist Overview
The base set includes 25 characters, each with A and B names (denoted by the letter following the card number in the upper right corner on the front of the stickers).
There is a Red Heart border parallel, and five foil parallels:
- Pink Hearts /50
- Baby Blue Hearts /25
- Yellow Hearts /10
- Black Hearts /5
- Gold Hearts /1
On the flip side of most base stickers is a piece to one of five puzzles — Tongue Tied TEDDY, SHEL Game, Slimy HYMIE, Butt-Bit BRANDON, and Abstract ART. The exception is the final five cards on the B name checklist (#20b-25b). These cards have one of the completed puzzle images instead.
All 25 characters also have a third name variation — the C name. These cards do not have a puzzle piece on the back.
To put it all together, here is a breakdown of the names for card #20 as an example:
- A Name – HARRY Armpits
- B Name – Under ARNIE
- C Name – ARMOND Pit
Collectors will also be on the lookout for select stickers with Black Heart variations, which are short-printed and feature a different look at the character than their A version.
There is one insert to chase — GPK Comics.
These 10 cards feature short multi-panel cartoons with Valentine’s Day themes.
Rare finds include 1/1 Artist Sketch cards.
